Chairs, color, the front desk

The desk already knows the menu. The internet should too.

Bring the Booksy catalog over. Keep deposits on the rails you already use. Let the public page look like the shop, not a marketplace listing.

Salons, barbershops, and color studios that want their own booking page — with or without a Booksy past.

Ask once. Don't wait on a DM.

Time, what's left, delivery, money, yes — the five questions every thread already asks.

What they struggle with

  • Two menus, two truths

Booksy has last month’s prices. The printed menu has this week’s. Instagram has a third.

  • Marketplace tax

You pay to be found next to competitors, then pay again to get paid. Regulars did not come from the marketplace.

Why not the usual tools

  • Booksy

Fine as a starting catalog. Poor as the only front door if you want your own URL, your own Venmo, and your own reviews in one place.

  • Square

Strong if you already run their POS. Awkward if the shop still takes a deposit on Cash App for color.

What it costs to start

Rivvo Starter includes the menu, the book, and service / order reminders. You keep Zelle. You do not pay a processor to take a $45 order.

What Rivvo does instead

  • Import the Booksy profile

Services and categories come across so you are not retyping the menu the week you leave.

  • Reviews you already earned

Google, Yelp, and Booksy pull into one list. The booking page does not start from zero stars.
